We Guide the Process for You

New Equipment Installations

Technical Equipment's customer-focused staff will contact you once the estimated delivery date of your new machine is known.  Our team will inform you of what actions to take at your location before the machine arrives and run through the checklist with you. Is your building easily accessible? Is the loading dock door high enough and wide enough to accommodate the incoming machine? Are power and airlines available?  With our years of experience, we know what questions to ask and provide valuable guidance to you throughout the installation process.

Getting the most out of your new machine sometimes requires installation of custom workholding, toolholders, and a wide range of options and accessories.  Our customer service coordinators schedule those customizations that need to be completed in our technical centers before installation so that the machine delivered is exactly what you expected.

Leading the installation and startup process is a skilled Productivity Specialist who continues to be your partner throughout your machine's lifecycle. Want to learn more about how we help our customers select the machine, options, tooling, accessories, software, automation, and other technology to do the best job?
