We continue to partner with you throughout your machine tool's lifecycle. We can deliver whatever level of engineering support you need.  Sometimes, we simply act as a resource for answers to programming questions.  At other times, we guide our customers from print to part.

Our experience runs the gamut from programming simple, single-spindle CNC lathes to developing turnkeys for the most complex multifunction and multi-axis machines available today.

Engineering Training

Operator training is available with every new Makino, Muratec, Hyundai Wia, Index Traub, Hermle and Tsugami machine. Our Application Engineering Department will design and schedule training to fit your unique needs. Session length, topics and location are flexible. Training can be held machine side, at your facility or ours. Our Cincinnati and Cleveland technical centers are ideally suited for large group programs.

Customer Support

We can deliver whatever level of engineering support you need.  Sometimes, we simply act as a resource for answers to common programming questions. At other times, we take our customers from print to part.

We can troubleshoot machining difficulties, recommend process improvements, and help you add a challenging new part program to your existing equipment.  We can show you the capabilities of your machine's control and help you leverage its power with compatible optional software if desired.
