Doosan Award Goes to Technical Equipment Sales

Technical Equipment Sales (TES) of Cincinnati, Ohio, was awarded the Doosan Infracore Top Distributor of the Midwestern Region for Outstanding Sales Achievement Award on behalf of Machine Tool Units Sold and Outstanding Market Share in the Americas for 2009. The award was presented on March 5, 2010 at the 2010 Dealer Sales Meeting at the Disney Yacht and Beach Club Resort in Orlando, Florida. Lou Olson, Regional Vice President of TES, received the award which presented by JY Lee (President / CEO, DIA), Jim Shiner (General Manager) and Tom Klukow (Regional Sales Manager).

TES was one of only a handful of distributors in the United States that received an award and was recognized amongst the entire contingent of Doosan Distributor attendees, including those from Canada, South America and Latin America.

"This was a great meeting," according to Olson, where machine tool groups from across the globe and dignitaries from Doosan Infracore Korea, came together to discuss Winning Strategies for the Year 2010 and the New Global Standard in Machine Tool Technology and Products.

"It was especially great to come away with the Distributor of the Year awardî, adds Olson. It was totally unexpected considering how challenging of a year 2009 was."

"We were also very pleased to receive the announcement that Doosan Machine Tools will now be a front row participant in the upcoming IMTS 2010 with twenty-one machine tools on display. We are looking forward to that event later this year," he commented.
