Preventative Maintenance

Your CNC machine tools represent a sizeable capital investment. To maximize return on your investment, you need to keep equipment in top operating condition. Preventative maintenance is a recognized way to maximize the return on investments in capital equipment.  Our preventative maintenance service technicians are trained to work with all of the machine brands that we represent.

What services are performed?

Changing oils and filters are regular maintenance steps. Preventative maintenance entails many additional steps to maintain high degrees of repeatability and extend the overall life of your equipment.

Our preventative maintenance service technicians are experts at diagnosing problems before they occur. They perform a full CNC machine checkup.  Electronics, motors, pumps, hydraulics, lubrication, axis movement, spindle, tool change functions and alignments are all inspected and finely tuned as part of our preventative maintenance service.

We can acquire needed parts and make necessary repairs quickly while helping you avoid costly downtime and higher repair costs. Additionally, when you sign up for our preventative maintenance program, you will receive a reduced labor rate for any repairs made as a result of our findings.

Optional calibration services ensure that your machines are operating most accurately.

Why Ballbar Calibration?

Ballbar calibration improves the performance and accuracy of your machine tool, optimizes your machine's potential, and therefore improves product quality.

Accuracy and repeatability are critical to any machine application. With our ballbar calibration services, we will assess, monitor, and improve the static and dynamic performance of your machine tools. Ballbar calibration is essential to establishing a known and repeatable level of your machines performance and process capability and therefore should be considered the first step in your machine's process improvement. Ballbar calibration tests how well any axes are in synchronization with each other and how well they interpolate together.
