The first contact that a new customer will have is likely to be with one of our sales engineers. We want this first contact to start a relationship that will last for many years. Accordingly, we are working to ensure that all our Sales Engineers are certified in the Certified Machine Tool Sales Engineer program – through the American Machine Tool Distributors Association – www.amtda.org. Currently, we have 8 of our 11 Sales Engineers with certification. We have assembled one of the best Sales Teams in the industry to serve our customer’s needs, and are continuing to grow every day.
Our Sales Engineers attend factory training sessions for each of our vendors to stay on top of the latest developments in the industry. Through our continuing affiliation with various tooling and workholding vendors, our Sales Engineers stay abreast of new developments that can offer a competitive edge to our customers.
Our current knowledge and experience base includes successful installations from a simple two axis turning center all the way to a large multiple machine automated cell including robotic automation, automatic pin stamping with dates and times of production, and automatic parts washing. Although we have not seen every application, we are confident that our highly skilled Sales Engineers will work to assemble the best possible solution to fit our customer’s needs.
